Intensive but fun !

Last e-com lesson...

I have had 2 really nice weeks here ! I want to stay longer but at the same time I want to see my brother who I haven't seen for 3 months now !!! The people I have met here are really kind, I had a lot of fun with them. I have even planned to see some of them again :) The lessons are not too intensive and I have learnt a lot of things!! The only thing I don't like is the fact that we have to wake up that early ( 7:oo) because I love to sleep :D Even on sunday we had to wake up at 7 !! And the rules are very serious ! Once, because the boys-from-downstairs's rooms weren't tidy enough, they had to go to bed at 22 !! It's true that it's intensive but it is so fun also :) Appart from that I liked nearly everything :) The food was not that bad actually, even if the cliche says that English food is fat and bad XD... It was okay, I mean it XD

I really enjoyed my stay here !! I will never forget it :)

Imagine your life in the Tudor Times....

I recently understood that there were instructions to follow during e-com lesson. We dont have to, it's to give us some ideas ... Actually , I thought we had to write posts about our experiences in Queenswood or something! Well, today I decided to follow the instuctions XD
So, Today, we have to go back in time and write about how different would our life be if we lived in Tudor England (around the time of Shakespeare)... I dont really like this subject... anyway...

Today I woke up very early because of the sun, I directly went by foot to my brother's farm. He was milking his cow when I arrived. He gave me one egg and a bit of milk then we talked for a while... Then I walked back home for 1 hour ! During my walk I could see the rich side of the city, with their well fed children and beautiful houses... I felt jealous and envious...
When I got home, I noticed that my husband was gone, he was probably stealing food.. I don't like that, two days ago he was nearly caught by a rich man, he could have been hanged !! And my brother generously give us some of his poor crops...

Weekend :D

This weekend, we are going to go to a museum on saturday morning and then, in the afternoon we'll go shopping . And, on Sumday we'll go to the Thorpe Park!! I'm really looking forward to going there, It could be so much fun :D

The museum was interesting, it was a science museum with many themes... We tried a simulator ride, we were in a kind of plane and they was a screen in front of us. There was a video showing a tour in the space with loopings and huge slope and the plane was mooving at the same time ;p That was really cool !

Shopping was cool too, we went to a Shop-Gallery called "Westfield" ! The fact is that we only had 2 hours !!! I even managed to buy a jumper and a BAG!!! I have so many bags XD, my parents always make fun of me because of that... they say I waste my money ... I don't think so ... :p

Then Thorpe Parc, with Nell and Melitza we tried the Stealt XD it was amazing... just look the last picture , you'll get it XD ... I have tried the other rides shown on the other pictures ..

Thursday

This thursday we went on an excursion in London! We visited Shakespear's globe theatre and Tate modern's Art Gallery. Our guide was great, she told us interesting things about the Globe theatre. She told us that the special effects that actors used at Shakespear's time were real things... For example , if there was a gun in the play , they used a real gun ! Because of this they killed 2 people in the audience !! Also, they used pig's blood to pretend actors we bleeding :s The art gallery was also great, but I didn't stay there for a long time. We also saw a bridge that is in the beginning of the new Harry Potter film. Next Tuesday we can once again choose between cinema or bowling , I choose bowling once again ... :p

Mamma Mia

On Friday we are going to do a show, every class has to do a performance like a dance or a drama or something...
With my class , we finally chose to dance on Mamma Mia song! We found a video of some guys and we tried to imitate them XD

We had so much fun while dancing, I really enjoyed it !! I have the mother's role so I'm in the middle of the scene :s I'm looking forward this show !! It's going to be so funny :D

Last Night

Last Night we went to an excursion . We could choose between 2 activities : Bowling or Cinema. We took a bus out to Queenswood school and went to a Leisure Center !!

I choose Bowling, I won the first game XD The boys of my team were really bad at it !!
We also ate some chips and a Hamburger at Burger King, I liked that because the food at Queenswood is not that good. It is always the same: Pizza or Pastas or Chips ,There is not plenty of vegetables. Iknow , I havent eaten any vegetables at Burger King but at least I could choose Something I really liked !!

An Other day at Queenswood

We have met our teachers , mine is Napoleon.
He is really kind and funny, he is not too severe ,I like that ;)
My workshop is "film studies" , we are talking about our favorite film and analyse character in the film we watch in class ... Last time we watch a film's scene but without the sound and we had to imagine what was going on...
